Supporting older people in the Levenmouth community since 1982.
Arden House Projects provides day services, activities and support for older people living independently in the community.
Day Care
Arden House currently operates 10 sessions over five days our day centres and office base is in Arden House and annex.
These groups provide an opportunity for older people who are at risk of social isolation due to complex health issues to get out the house and enjoy social activities and a warm meal in a relaxed and friendly environment.
We run day care specifically for frail older people these groups are known as Spinks.
We also provide specialist dementia day care, these groups are known as Gowans.
The organisation is the largest provider of specialist dementia day care in Fife.
Carer Support
Here at Arden we have many years experience of supporting carers.
If you are a carer and you need advice or support why not give us a call?
A warm welcome and a listening ear are guaranteed and if we can't help you can be sure we will know who can.
We also have a Carer's craft group which takes place on a Friday morning in the Annex.
If you have any suggestions for new interest groups or services please do not hesitate to get in touch and let us know we are always looking for new ways to develop our services.
